Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of ground meat
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 15 oz can of Pork and Beans
  • ¾ cup Barbecue Sauce I used sweet baby rays
  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Brown ground beef and onion in pan, and drain.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, pork and beans, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar. Heat until bubbly.
  • Pour mixture into 2 qt. Casserole dish ( I used my pyrex 9*13).
  • Cut biscuits in half, and cover beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

Notes: You could add spice to this recipe by adding diced green chilies. Yon can also easily double the recipe.
