The Easiest Lemon Bread Ever

- 1 Boxed Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Package instant Lemon Jello
- ¾ cup of oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp McCormicks butter extract
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 3 tsp lemon extract
Preheat Oven to 350°
In a large bowl mix cake mix and jello together. With a hand mixer add in oil, eggs, water, and butter extract mix well until smooth.
In two greased loaf pans add batter.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
Run a knife along the edge of the pan immediately after removing it from the oven. Let cool for a few minutes then flip onto a wire rack or tray.
If you choose to glaze your bread. Mix powdered sugar and lemon extract together until smooth. Drizzle over your bread.
