Three Ingredient Butter Pecan Cookies
Are you a fan of butter pecan ice cream? How about butter pecan cake? Then you will love these butter pecan cookies. These cookies are soft, chewy, and delicious. Plus, they are so easy!
Ingredients
- 1 Butter Pecan Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of Vegetable Oil.
- Butterscotch Pieces optional
- Pecan Pieces Optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil together until the dough is smooth.
- Add any extra mix-in’s if you’d like.
- Refrigerate the dough for a few minutes. It makes it easier to work through.
- Drop by the spoonful onto a lined cookie sheet.
- Then bake at 350°F for 9 to 10 minutes until the cookies are set in the middle. (Do not over bake.)
