dill pickle spears

slices
hickory smoked bacon
Slap ya Mama seasoning or your favorite season all
Ranch dressing

Instructions
Preheat Pitboss Smoker to 300° F.
Pat pickle spears dry with a paper towel. This will play a big part in the texture of the pickles.
Wrap each of the pickle spears tightly with a piece of bacon. (You can secure it with a toothpick, but it isn’t necessary.)
Season with season-all on all sides.
Place the bacon wrapped pickles directly on the grates of your smoker and close the lid.
Smoke for 45 minutes-1 hour depending on how crunchy you want your bacon.
Serve with Ranch, bbq sauce, or by themselves.
