Low Carb Bacon Wrapped Pickles.

Bacon and dill pickles come together to make this easy and delicious appetizer. Try it and you will be amazed!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 dill pickle spears
  • 12 slices hickory smoked bacon
  • Slap ya Mama seasoning or your favorite season all
  • Ranch dressing Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Pitboss Smoker to 300° F.
  • Pat pickle spears dry with a paper towel. This will play a big part in the texture of the pickles.
  • Wrap each of the pickle spears tightly with a piece of bacon. (You can secure it with a toothpick, but it isn’t necessary.)
  • Season with season-all on all sides.
  • Place the bacon wrapped pickles directly on the grates of your smoker and close the lid.
  • Smoke for 45 minutes-1 hour depending on how crunchy you want your bacon.
  • Serve with Ranch, bbq sauce, or by themselves.
