Pat pork chops dry and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic.
In a medium size bowl beat egg, and dip pork chops in egg wash. Set aside for the time being.
In a gallon zip lock back place 2-3 cups of Hot Cheetos. Zip the bag, and crush with your hands. You don’t want Cheeto dust, but make sure they are crunched up nicely. (You can also use a food processor). Open the bag of crushed cheetos and place egged pork chops in the bag. Zip the bag back up, and shake the bag around making sure the pork chops are nicely coated.
Pull the chops out and set on a tray or plate. Spritz with olive oil, and place the coated pork chops in the freezer for about ten minutes. Doing this allows for the bater to set on the pork chops a little better.
While the pork chops are in the freezer, preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Pull the pork chops out of the freezer and put them in your preheated air fryer. Set time for 15 minutes and flip halfway through.
Pull out of the air fryer, cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
