Notes

NOTES:
If you don’t have self rising flour mix 1 ½ tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt with a scant cup of all purpose flour.
You can bake this recipe without cinnamon, but it tastes so much better with it.
VARIATIONS:
This recipe works well with almost any fruit. I have tried it with apples, and my family uses blueberries or cherries. The batter is so simple, and allows many varieties of fruit. I have not tested this recipe with fresh fruit or frozen.
