Set up a cooking station and add almond flour, parmesan cheese, and all of the spices and seasoning to a bowl large enough to dredge the steaks. Keep a towel on hands your hands will get sticky.
Add the whipping cream, and eggs to separate large bowl and whisk.
Sprinkle salt and pepper across the cube steaks.
Dredge the cube steak in the almond flour mixture, and then the cream and eggs, and back into the almond flour.
Set each steak finger aside.
Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Add the steak fingers into the basket. Lightly mist with olive oil. Air fry the steak fingers for 10 minutes.
Repeat with additional batches if necessary.
Serve with keto gravy if desired. I like to eat mine with bbq sauce.
