Easy Low Carb Cheeseburger Salad
This low-carb burger salad will give you the taste of a burger without all the calories or carbs. This salad is divine! It's made with ground beef, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and a special sauce. You won’t even miss the bun. This low-carb burger salad is delicious and the perfect low-carb meal.

- 1 lb of ground beef
- ½ tsp of ground black pepper
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ large onion diced
- 1 10 oz package chopped romaine hearts
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 4 slices thick cut bacon cooked chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ Thousand Island
- Optional Toppings
- pickles
- sliced jalapenos
- sauteed mushrooms
- avocados
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with black pepper and salt. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes. You will cook until there is no pink.
Combine the remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef. Toss with dressing!
Add additional toppings as desired.
