- ¼ Thousand Island

- sliced jalapenos

Instructions:
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with black pepper and salt. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes. You will cook until there is no pink.
- Combine the remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef. Toss with dressing!
- Add additional toppings as desired.
