Creating low carb main dishes is getting easier for me! In fact I’m starting to enjoy it! Believe it or not when I wasn’t eating low carb and Keto this was one of my favorite recipes! It’s simple, easy, and made in the air fryer! These Parmesan Crusted pork chops will soon be one of your favorites too!

Just like my other air fryer recipes these Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops are so easy! They are made in your air fryer in about 14 minutes. They are gluten free and low carb as they use grated Parmesan as the breading instead of flour or breadcrumbs. This also makes the pork chops moist as the breadcrumbs aren’t drying them out.
I’ve made several versions of these Parmesan crusted pork chops! They are practically no fail! I have never made them without rave reviews, and I make them often! You won’t be disappointed if you try this recipe! In fact you’ll want to make it again and again! Here’s how to make them.
You will need the following ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 egg
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbs Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Pepper
- Cooking spray – I use olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Season pork chops with Slap Ya Mama and salt on both sides.
- Beat egg in a medium sized bowl.
- Mix Parmesan cheese and Slap Ya Mama in another bowl.
- Dip each pork chop in egg, then in the Parmesan Mixture to coat. Place in the air fryer basket and spritz with olive oil.
- Cook in air fryer at 375* until lightly browned around 10 minutes. Flip pork chops over, spritz again with olive oil and cook until pork is no longer pink in the center around 4 minutes.
NOTES:
If you are using bone-in pork chops then add 2-3 minutes to the cook time.
