Sausage balls on a plate

Are sausage balls a staple at your Holiday get-togethers? They have always been a favorite for my family and most of the co-workers that I have met along the way. It’s possible to make Keto Sausage balls, and they taste just as good as the real thing. In fact, most people will not be able to tell the difference.

Sausage balls are a simple breakfast that requires a handful of ingredients, and are absolutely delicious.  These keto sausage balls use low carb ingredients unlike the more traditional ones that use Bisquick.  You can eat your fill of these sausage balls, and still maintain your low carb/keto diet.

These keto sausage balls are simple, low carb, and gluten free. If you need gluten free this recipe is for you! These simple keto sausage balls only take a few steps, five ingredients, and are done in about 30 minutes. That’s prep and baking, so it’s a quick recipe!  If you’re anything like me quick and easy recipes are a blessing when life gets busy.

  6. Store in air-tight container.

NOTES:

These keto sausage balls have about 1 net carb. They make amazing snacks for your holiday dinner, potluck, game day, or just because.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

If you are allergic to almonds you can also use coconut flour. It uses the same ratio of flour. You can also make these sausage balls with Italian sausage if you want a different flavor. If you do use Italian sausage I wouldn’t recommend adding the seasonings.

STORAGE:

These sausage balls can last in the fridge if stored in an airtight container. They freeze well if you need to prep them ahead of time.
