Now don’t get me wrong I don’t mind a challenge in the kitchen. However, fudge isn’t something I normally make. Its usually two finicky. One wrong move could ruin a traditional fudge recipe. This recipe isn’t one of those recipes.
This Foolproof Peanut Butter Fudge only requires two ingredients peanut butter and a jar of icing. This fudge is delicious and rich, and really mimics a more traditional fudge. Everyone that has tasted it enjoys it, and want the recipe. They are usually shocked when I tell them it only used two ingredients and less than five minutes to prepare.

Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 1 16 oz jar of peanut butter
- 1 16 oz container of cream cheese icing
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Line a 9″ x 9″ pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
- Add peanut butter and cream cheese frosting to a medium sized microwave-safe bowl. Do not stir. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until combined and completely smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Place in the refrigerator until firm. Remove the fudge from the pan using the foil, and then cut fudge into squares.
NOTES:
You can change up the flavors of this fudge by using different icings. I have used chocolate, and it tastes like a peanut butter cup. I have also used plain vanilla icing, and it was amazing. Also try adding some nuts or walnuts to add texture.
This fudge is very creamy, with a texture that is a bit softer than traditional fudge. It’s oh so good! The fudge freezes well, too. Just place it in an airtight container with layers of fudge separated by wax paper.

- 1 16 oz jar of cream cheese frosting
