Yes, please give me all the servings! On top of tasting like a caramel apple it also has the makings of a great cobbler! It features that crispy but amazing buttery crust like the crust on this simple peach cobbler. If you haven’t tried it yet I encourage you to!
Dump cakes have been a staple at any potluck or barbecue for as long as I can remember. They are the perfect dish to share because they’re cheap , simple, and make your baking skills look top notch. Anytime I make one I always get asked, “How did you make this?” People are always shocked when they hear how easy they are. Here is how to make this delicious and easy caramel apple dump cake.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 2 21 oz cans of apple pie filling
- 1 14 oz jar of caramel sauce (It only takes about half the jar)
- 1 Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
- ½ cup of melted butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Dump the two cans of apple pie filling in the pan and spread evenly around the pan.
- Open the jar of caramel and drizzle it across the top of the apple pie filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix across the apples and caramel and drizzle the melted butter across them.
- Bake for 45-50 mins or until the top is a nice golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy.
